As Democrats took to the debate stage last night, we have new primary polls to report:
A new poll from The Hill/HarrisX shows Senator Sanders continuing to lead the Democratic field nationally. He is out front with 28%, followed by former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg (19%), former Vice President Joe Biden (17%), former South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg (12%), Senator Elizabeth Warren (8%), Senator Amy Klobuchar (3%), Tom Steyer (3%), and Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard (2%).
California voters continue to show strong support for Sanders, who has a commanding 36% in a new KQED/NPR poll. Warren follows at 18%, with Biden (10%), Buttigieg (9%), Bloomberg (5%), Klobuchar (4%), Steyer (3%), and Gabbard (2%). California will award a total 416 pledged delegates next week.
A North Carolina primary poll from PPP shows Biden leading (23%), with Sanders (20%) trailing closely behind. He’s followed by Bloomberg (17%), Warren (11%), Buttigieg (9%), Klobuchar (4%), Steyer (3%), and Gabbard (1%).
Super Tuesday is one week away. But first, South Carolina voters will cast ballots this Saturday. Looking even more ahead, here are some other key dates for you to add to your calendar.
