We need rapid and sufficient COVID-19 testing!
Join us and tell your reps how you feel!
We are months into a pandemic and many major U.S. cities lack sufficient COVID-19 testing.
States across the country have ramped up testing in the wake of the coronavirus, but with a recent surge in cases, many cities can't keep up. The U.S. is not even close to the same per-capita testing capacity as other parts of the world, such as China. Chinese officials who were monitoring infections in Wuhan, where the pandemic began, tested 6.5 million people in a matter of days in May.
We need to invest in our national infrastructure to lay the groundwork for a robust testing apparatus that can respond to COVID-19 and any new virus expeditiously.
Efficient and rapid testing can help communities trace the virus, continue to prevent the spread, and help keep millions of Americans healthy and alive.
It's time we realized Trump's promise that anyone who wants a test can get a test.
Contact your Representatives and tell them we need robust testing!
