Good morning. As the COVID-19 pandemic takes a toll on life in America, our team at Future Majority is tracking the latest updates:
COVID-19 cases continue to break records:
For the sixth day of the last nine, and only eight days since the U.S. reached 100,000 daily cases, we again broke a record of new daily cases on Thursday. Over 160,000 Americans were infected with the virus yesterday alone -- the first time that number has risen above 150,000. COVID-19 has taken the lives of over 1,000 people each day in the past week. Despite learning much more about prevention and treatment over the past almost year, we are still losing an unthinkable number of lives. There is so much work to be done.

President Trump has yet to concede his election loss and rather than focus on COVID-19 that is spiraling out of control under his watch, he is continuing to mount what experts call a fruitless effort to change the election in his favor.
